Monstrous Summer

So, we did the Monstrous Summer - 24 hours of Disneyland this year.  It opened at 6:00, but we got there at 8:15 with the kids in tow.  We made arrangements to meet my parents at noon, and they took the kids back to there place for an overnight so we could celebrate our anniversary Disney style.

Stocked up on some snacks at Sprouts and geared up for a long night after we dropped off the kids.

 

I had never gotten so wet on Splash Mountain.  We had dinner at Café Orleans, and I was still dripping wet.  I ended up buying pants so I would not be miserable the rest of the night.

Jason asleep while we waited for Monsters, Inc. to start in the Muppet Theater.  Worst seats for a long movie.  They left the lights on and the volume was cranked (to keep people awake), so we left.

4:45 in the morning.  We lasted as long as we could, but were a little bored, so...time to go.

It was a super fun day, not to crowded, and I am glad we went.
